Please contact us before submitting any information to ensure that we have the capacity to complete the project.

If we are providing printing, please note that our printing service has a 3-day turnaround. Information needs to be submitted 3 (no later than 4) days prior to service. If you fall outside this schedule we may not be able to provide printing.

Please proof read all content before submitting the document as proofing is not a part of offered services

Before work has begun, a 50% design fee/deposit is required. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

There will be a fee for edits to the program once the form has been submitted and work has begun.

All proofs will be sent watermarked. Once you have done a final proof and the remainder of the design fee has been paid in full, a PDF copy will be released to you for printing (or if we are handling printing, it will be sent to the printer)

Once the program is sent for printing no edits can be made

Please scan all pictures at 300 dpi via home scanner or office supply store. (Pictures of pictures are not acceptable)

Please include all contact information such as: your name, address, phone number, and email address on all correspondences

Seaside Memorial Memories will have full control over layouts and designs

NO EXCEPTIONS - Seaside Memorial Memories business information must be printed on all programs

All payments can be made to SeasideMemorialMemories@gmail.com through PayPal using the Send Money and pay for goods or services.
